Can I cancel or alter my order once I place it?

When an order is placed on our site, it is immediately sent to our distribution partners for processing and shipping preparation. This means that once an order has been placed we cannot change it. Please check the return policy of the item(s) you ordered for return windows and eligibility. 

When will my order ship?

Most orders will ship within 3-5 business days (Monday-Friday). However, please check the details listed on the item you ordered for a more specific timeframe as certain or custom items may take a little bit longer.

GiftingMap offers standard shipping at $6, and expedited shipping at $10. Please note that shipping times may vary by merchandise.

Orders placed after 12:00 noon (CT) Friday will be processed Monday. Holidays are excluded. If there is an unexpected delay, we will make every effort to deliver the order the next business day.

Additional shipping information:

  • Items ordered together may be shipped separately. Total shipping charges will be divided between all shipments but not necessarily evenly.
  • For orders that require more than one package, the additional charge for expedited shipping will be per package.
  • Returns may affect final shipping charges. Shipping charges are not refundable unless merchandise is damaged or defective.
  • If you change the shipping address after an order has shipped, there may be an additional charge.
  • Please note that only one shipping address can be designated per order. If you'd like to ship to multiple addresses, you will need to place separate orders.

What is your return policy?

We want you to LOVE your purchase from GiftingMap, and the gift recipient to LOVE it as well! Most items may be returned within 30 days of receiving the order for a full refund or exchange on the merchandise cost. We do not refund original shipping charges. Please check your items before purchasing as some items, such as beauty and skincare products, are non-refundable.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, returned merchandise must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn and unused with original tags (if applicable).

Special orders or personalized items cannot be returned.

GiftingMap and brand partners reserve the right to determine if returned merchandise is in saleable condition.
