How do I know if an item is available?
Most items shown are in stock and are available to purchase online. To see if a particular size is available, please click the size button and they'll display in a dropdown. Some items are only available for purchase for a limited time and once they are all sold, they are gone. And sometimes an item is temporarily unavailable; this will also be noted on the product page.
Can my item be gift wrapped?
At this time, we are able to provide gift wrapping for certain products only and for an extra $3 charge per item. Please check the product description to see if it is eligible for gift wrap.
I have not received a shipping confirmation. How will I know when my order has shipped?
We review and maintenance all orders to protect our company, our brand partners and our customers. This process may take longer during busy periods. You can email us at any time for an update on your order at email@example.com and we will reply within 24 hours.
